Meeting was a success

WE ARE told that the first Open Meeting, where Canal & River Trust's Chief Executive Richard Parry met his customers and answered their concerns was quite a success.

The second one that is held this afternoon (Saturday} at Nottingham, confirms this, as all places have been taken.

Interesting

It should be quite interesting, if the Press Briefing at Hatton is anything to go by, with both narrowboatworld's Alan Richards and its editor asking some rather far reaching questions at that event.

This time however, not only will Allan and the editor be present but both narrowboatworld's Pam Pickett and Mick Fitzgibbons also be there—its four most outspoken writers in fact—The Gang of Four!
