Email: IWA seats

Regarding Robert Hawkins' email, by the looks of it, did not read my comment thoroughly.

I am only suggesting that the IWA relinquish the boaters seats in return for one permanent seat on council.

Regarding the other organisations, if they were to seek permanent seats and be granted them, then yes, their membership should be disbarred from the independent seats too. But as none of them seek permanent seats this is not an issue.
