Email: Clear towpaths

So does this include Gazebo's? [Rules banning tents from towpaths, as reported in narrowboatworld.]

I have organised a few trips for our boat club over the last few years and we regularly put up our gazebo's in the evening always being careful not to obstruct the towpath by finding a nice wide area.

So my question is 'do they class a Gazebo as a tent?

I suppose that they will want to stop us from having barbecues on the towpath next.
