Looking bad as six stoppages in the first three days
IT IS certainly not looking too good for Canal & River Trust this month as having six stoppages in the first three days.
The latest on the Gloucester & Sharpness, yesterday, Sunday the 3rd, as Keith Gudgin reports.
Sandfield Swing Bridge is 'closed until further notice' due to a suspected structure failure to one of the bridge abutments.
This is being examined today, Monday, when a full inspection will be made, we are informed.
