Anglers' spaces obviously leaked

Judging by some of the mooring practices we’ve seen over the summer, the CaRT notices to leave five metres spaces [between boats] were obviously leaked.

The continuous moorers have adopted this practice for years, and we all know how observant of the rules and regulations they are.
