Emails: Banners everywhere

The banners are everywhere. There is one at the bottom of Hurleston Locks, right next to the sign saying Hurleston Locks, and one at the top (in case you missed the sign on the service block which says Welcome to Hurleston Services, or the sign at the top lock which says Hurleston Locks).

They are also in Nantwich and Audlem, just in case you were really, really, lost.

How long before these are round boats' propellers?

If the banners said anything at all useful, the waste of money might be justified, but they don't. They just make the place look cheap and tacky. (As seen in Keith Gudgin's photograph.)
