Email: Voting fiasco

I'm pleased someone had the guts to show that once again the election to the CaRT Council is a 'fiasco' as you rightly call it, as at our boating club there is someone who has received no code to vote in the Council elections either.

It is most likely the incompetent licensing department who have not provided all the names of licence holders to the people organising the elections, but it just shows the haphazard way CaRT is running things nowadays, and not allowing that ethnic woman to stand for Council was disgusting and surely the warrants intervention by the authorities.

I remember someone saying about British Waterways—middle class, white. Obviously Cart are keeping up the tradition.
