THE article concerning Emma's Dream, that was published in narrowboatworld has certainly helped the charity.

This concerned the girl Emma who committed suicide whilst suffering bi polar disorder, and Emma's mother, Julie O'Keefe, is campaigning to make mental health problems especially for our youngsters made more aware of, and also fundraising to buy a narrowboat to give a place of safety, peace and tranquillity away from the stresses of life that our youngsters suffering with mental health problems struggle to deal with every day.

Can't believe the support

On her Facebook, Julie tells that she can't believe how much support Emma's Dream is receiving after the article was published, lots of new members and now they have been offered use of a narrowboat for 2015.

However she now asks people to be patient as herĀ  phone is going chaotic with messages, she's not ignoring people, but will get round eventually to answering everybody.
