FENNY Marina on the South Oxford Canal near Leamington is for sale.

This 85 berths marina situated at Fenny Compton is on offer for at least £950,000, Roger Fox reports.

With bungalow

It comes complete with a three bedroomed bungalow and various outbuilding and facilities and will be on offer at Bond Wolfe’s next online auction.

James Martin, Managing Director of Bond Wolfe explains:

 “This attractive and exciting property is an established inland waterway marina originally developed in the 1970s.

“The marina is approached along a recently resurfaced private driveway with electric security gates leading to a car park, with the marina basin beyond.
