Two more sunken boats

THERE is a sunken boat below Nether Lock in Newark on the Trent, with boaters asked to approach the lock with care.

There is another sunken boat on the Kirkstead Bridge Visitor Moorings on the Witham at Martin Dales, Keith Gudgin tells us.

There is no intimation how these two boats came to be sunk, as neither were caught in a lock that is the usual cause with boasts being hung up.
