Please correct me if I am wrong. My understanding of the situation is that Cart has spent a not inconsiderable amount of money to buy property for development.
The only connection with the activities of Cart and the property is that the property fronts on to a canal.
Property development is not a main activity of Cart. Surely Cart should concentrate on its core activity. Is Cart legally permitted to get into speculative property development?
