Assisted passage on 'Narrow'

WORK is continuing on the repair of the quadrant of  Lock 31 on the Huddersfield Narrow Canal (Huddersfield closed again) that should be open today (Saturday).

However it will need to be assisted passage through the lock, that will continue until further notice, Keith Gudgin tells us.

Boaters wishing to pass though the lock will have to telephone for assisted passage, using 01484 840629 for this week-end and the Trust's Red Bull office on 03030 404040 Monday to Friday.
