Just a line from the south of France, (no not on a boat). We, that is the Captain and I agree with every word that Victor has put in his piece No way José.

It is time that everyone on the Cut obeyed the rules, it would make boating much less stressful.

It is not a get out of jail free card by not paying your taxes, if it was down to me there would be no continuous cruising licences as there are no continuous cruisers. Every boat would need a home mooring, there are plenty of them.
