Email: Will not get there

The boat that is taking the music from Loughborough to Northampton to spread Elgar's work, will certainly not get there.

For not only in the Leicester Section closed as you reported, but the Northampton Flight is also closed, and that leaks like hell. And that is stopping another boat, as you also reported, so it seems the lorries moving boats will be having a busy season.

What must be upsetting for the organisers is that one is in connection with the Olympics and the other the Queen's Jubilee celebrations.  British Waterways should be ashamed of itself, but I wonder if parliament knows about its failures when changing it to a charity? I'm emailing my MP as soon as I have sent this, to let her know.
