Narrow Dog Tales

BOATER Terry Darlington, author of the two books Narrow Dog to Carcassonne and Narrow Dog to Indian River, will be recounting his tales as a narrowboater this week-end.

The people of Redditch are being invited to hear about the tales and tribulations of life of one man, his wife, his dog and a narrowboat entitled Narrow Dog Tales, at the Bridge Church at Redditch.

Interest to boaters

No doubt this event, that will be held on Saturday 5th March at 7pm, will be of interest to fellow boaters and public alike.  Tickets are available at the door.

It was in November 2009, that their boat was burnt-out by fire whilst moored at Stone on the Trent & Mersey Canal.
