Birmingham & Fazeley Canal
Starting with Curdworth Lock 11 on the Birmingham & Fazeley Canal and the gate failure now repaired.
With a Canal & River Trust team undertaking the work.
Kennet & Avon Canal
It was the Caen Hill Flight that was closed due to repairs on Sir Hugh Stockwell Lock 44, that have now been completed and the flight reopened.
Normal opening hours resumed from today Wednesday from 8am.
Leicester Section
Watford Flight on the Leicester Section of the Grand Union Canal was closed due to a broken paddle on Lock 3.
Then there was a problem leading to a delay in getting the required equipment on site to complete the repair, with this now completed.
Leeds & Liverpool Canal
It was a broken pintle on Hirst Mill Swing Bridge 207 that caused the stoppage on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal.
This has reopened with the trust's Mechanical & Electrical team attending and successfully completing the required repairs to the bridge.
Ashton Canal
The Ashton Canal was closed from Lock 1 to Lock 18, due to the then low water levels.
The navigation remained closed between these locks with the levels being monitored daily, and now they have recovered sufficiently to allow for safe navigation.
North Stratford Canal
The Shirley Drawbridge 8 on the North Stratford Canal had its barriers hit by a vehicle with the bridge then out of action.
The barriers have been repaired and the navigation is open again.
Rochdale Canal
The Rochdale was closed when it was told water was lost due to vandalism, with the levels around Lock 14 being too low to navigate.
The pounds between locks 9 and 16 were closed allowing the water level in the pounds to rise, and have done so all reopened.
