THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FACILITY at Braunston on the Grand Union Canal is now closed.

Canal & River apologise for the delay in reporting this, but the water supply has been effected by low water pressure that make the facility unreliable.
Disconnected
So eventually they have disconnected the supply with the facility now being closed.
The trust has been in contact with the suppliers who are attempting to discover why the supply is so unreliable.
As yet, despite extensive investigations, there is no trace regarding the cause of the low pressure, or being able to carry out a repair.
To prevent unnecessary water loss while investigations continue, the water point has now been disconnected.
As it did not then meet the requirements of the Simpler Recycling legislation, it was closed last September, then upgraded.
