A COFFEE shop on the Llangollen Canal has received an honourable mention in The Guardian.

Ivy Wood Coffee is situated beyond the small arm at Trevor towards the Horseshoe Falls that feeds the canal, Janet Friend reports.

The business was launched in April this year by husband and wife Louie and Harley Middlehurst and is ideal for walkers visiting the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct.
