Lots of plans afoot for Grantham Canal Society

THERE are lots of plans already afoot for the Grantham Canal Society.

It starts for the coming year with the first of two Open Days. These will  open and close the year, with the first event of the year being a Craft Fair at the Woolsthorpe Depot on 6th April.

Produce Fair

The final event will be a reprise of the highly popular Produce Fair to be held on the 31st August.

For 2025 it is branching out by holding two off-site events—a Ceilidh and Hog Roast on Friday 11th July and a Sea Shanty event on 25th May.

The society is also working on building links with the new landlords of The Duck at Woolsthorpe (formerly the Dirty Duck).
