Damaged swing bridge closes waterway

A SWING bridge has been damaged on the Kennet & Avon Canal.

Rusty Lane Swing Bridge 151 has been damaged closing the waterway at Seend, Keith Gudgin reports.

However, there is no information as to what damage has closed the bridge.

The only information is that it is 'due to an incident causing a temporary closure of the navigation'.
