More development on the Grand Union at Brentford

WITH plans for the third major development at Brentford there cannot be much more left to develop!

This new development will be of the old Maker's Yard by the Grand Union Canal and is a  110 flats canalside scheme, Roger Fox reports.

Regenerate

Developer Euthenia Developments has submitted plans for a mixed commercial and residential use scheme on what it maintains will regenerate an underused brownfield site along the Grand Union Canal. The image shows the artists' impression of the finished flats.

The project is set to provide 111 new homes and 2,400 square metres of light industrial space.

In line with Hounslow London Council’s Climate Emergency Action Plan, the scheme responds to environmental factors and  rainwater harvesting and heating via sustainable air source heat pumps.
