Operated by property investment company LabTech, the 580,000 sq ft canal-side development features retailers, dining and leisure brands and is expecting 'a footfall of 30 million visitors a year', which will be boosted by the millions of visitors to the neighbouring Camden Market.

Some of the shops are already open alongside leisure operators such as the Camden Boxing Club gym and Curzon Cinema, with LabTech Commercial Director Maggie Milosavljevic commenting:

Excited

“We are so excited to be launching Camden market, Hawley Wharf, and to be supporting an array of independent and international brands.

“We have worked hard to develop an iconic canal-side space which provides a variety of retail, dining, and leisure options for visitors."
