Email: Reducing trips price is good idea

I believe that Dudley Canal and Tunnel Trust offering boat trips into the tunnels at less than half price in January is a good idea as January is hardly a month when people want to take to the canals.

By doing this it is extending its Christmas and New Year trips right to the end of January, which even at cut price is going to raise income as the operators are volunteers.

It surprises me that none of the other canal charities operating boat trips have had the same idea.
