Not surprised at result

I WAS not at all surprised at Canal & River Trust choosing the pictures it did in its photographic competition, all championing itself, writes T. Lang.

The first prize photograph certainly seemed a bit posed, championing hire firms, and the boat's name Holly Day, I ask you?

Then the second prize showing its Pontcysyllte Aqueducton on the Llangollen Canal, it's best hiring canal.

But what you did not show was the picture of a photographer showing the certificate, with the Anderson Boat Lift very large in the picture.  This picture has been shown elsewhere, so I wonder if you thought it would be 'a bit much' and rather obvious that it was all a bit of a publicity stunt of the Trust?
