Email: Rings true

That suggestion of Break It—Blame It—Sell It, when you think about the waterways certainly rings true.

It was well known that the government had a purge of its quangos, and British Waterways metamorphosed into Canal & River Trust around the same time, so the Break It—Blame It—Sell It would certainly fit the picture.

It is being broke as anyone who has cruised the canals for any period of time well knows and your many photographs clearly show, and boaters suddenly started getting the blame in addition to the blame of lack of funds, so it could be getting ready for the last part, the Sell It.

Time will of course tell, but to me just how many of the broken bits are mended in this coming maintenance season will show.
