Prison sentence

t was in October 2013 that Campbell was sentenced to four and a a half years in prison, for breaking into boats and stealing. (Narrowboat burglar jailed.)

The man targeted narrowboats all over the country from the Kennet & Avon to the Rochdale, eventually being caught in Lincoln.  He found easy to enter by breaking off the usual small padlock, then rifled the belongings, taking anything of value at the same time helping himself to drink and food.
