Cyclist attacks woman as dog not on lead

AFTER a cyclist received compensation from a woman walking her dog on a lead on the towpath because it fetched him of his bike, now a cyclist throws a woman down steps for not having her dog on a lead!

This occurred in Manchester where the cyclist berated a woman for not having her dog on a lead then threw her down the steps of a bridge after berating her, but she managed to get a good photograph of him moments before he attacked her, so the police want to know if anyone recognises the man, John Howard tells us.

Infuriated

The cyclist was infuriated with the 35 years old woman's dog, with her telling the police he forced her head against the railings, then as he stepped back she took the photograph of him, which further enraged the man who then she told threw her down the steps of the bridge.

So boaters beware in Manchester, as if you managed not to be bowled over by the cyclists hurtling down the Rochdale Nine towpath, one might get you if you have a dog on a lead or even if you haven't!
