Pump-out card problem

I have to agree with Richard Swan's comments regarding pump outs and the card system; you can even pay for car parking with a debit card these days.

As for purchasing by post, I had some a couple of years ago; every pump we tried said error, we thought the readers or pump were broken.

It was only when one said card empty on a card that had not been used, that we realised we had been sent the wrong cards and time scale meant it was too late to send them back.
