In the same Facebook Q & A session where Richard Parry told a boater, who had just had his Ribble Link booking cancelled, that it was open, one Michael Gaylor asked a question. ‘How do we persuade people it's CRT and not cart?'

Richard Parry gave the reply ‘It'd be great if everyone referred to us by the name that we at the Trust prefer to use, but I know we can't be too precocious. As long as people don't call us British Waterways!'
