HAVING read Victors comment's regarding the Leicester section, we are constantly having to steer through highly vegetated areas of canal, especially around the Birmingham area.

CaRT is no longer interested in boaters or boaters' needs, but continues to enhance the waterways for its non paying users.

 

Perhaps it should be renamed....Cyclists & Ramblers Trust.
