Still raising money

THE company Fox Narrowboats of March are still raising money for the British Heart Foundation, with the latest scheme being a charity boat trip.

The hour and a half trips, running all day from the marina on the 7th June went through the town whilst a festival was in progress, and raised £320, Alan Tilbury tells us.

 

Other activities

To date the company has raised £723 for the Foundation, and has other activities planned including a sponsored cycle ride around Rutland Water, on 31st August.

Each year the Fox Narrowboats focusses on a charity to support, by raising money.
