Email: Hire boats come first

It is very clear that Ann Davies is only interested in the hire boats from what she writes, with CaRT too believing they are all important.

But having been stuck at the top of Napton Flight for four days I was most annoyed to see hire boaters just arriving and being waved to the front of the queue, and paying customers having to wait until last.

Okay, so they want to get back to their hire bases, but don't they realise that private boaters need to get back too?

I used to be annoyed at the articles against CaRT, but now having been the recipient of its behaviour, you certainly have a point, its paying customers come way down the ladder of importance.
