Watch out for e-bikes

SO MANY e-bikes are exploding and, though they should not be, they are used on the towpaths.

So if one comes your way give it a wide berth.

The latest explosion was in the London train station at Sutton with, it is told, four people narrowly escaping injury when an e-bike started smoking then exploded into flames, with pieces scattered over the platform.

This follows a series of explosions, with one outside Buckingham Palace amongst a crowd and another in Roehampton.

It is not known if these were the normal e-bikes or the illegal imported ones that reach double the speed.

They are not allowed on towpaths,
