Can you help with Grantham Canal Society Craft Fair?

OUR  first big event at the depot [Grantham Canal] this year approaches and it promises to be both highly enjoyable, with a wide range of crafts on display,

And a good opportunity to raise much needed funds as work continues on restoring our wonderful canal, writes Mark, Volunteer Coordinator.

Some additional help would be much appreciated on Sunday 21st April to ensure that the event runs smoothly and in particular we would appreciate it if you could email This email address is being protected from spambots. Help with the set up on the morning of the event—8.30am at the depot to erect gazebos, tables etc.

Help with taking it all down afterwards (particularly useful)—15.00 at the depot.

Help manning various stalls during the morning/afternoon/both—please indicate which would suit yourself. This includes the book stall, tombola, bottle stall etc.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in anticipation.

Further request

A further request has been made for help in erecting the marquee which is one of those jobs where many hands make light work!—'Robert' tells us with the plan is to do this on Friday 12th April starting around 10am, at the depot.

If you do have a couple of spare hours on Friday morning to lend a hand it will be much appreciated.
