Why are you blaming CaRT for not clearing litter. It is we, the British public who are to blame.
There is a general disregard of where litter is discarded.
Until litter enforcement laws are applied with huge penalties we will continue to be one of the dirtiest nations on earth.
It is not just CaRT's remit that's full of discarded litter, it's everywhere.
