Marina drowning accidental

A VERDICT of accidental death has been recorded on the boater who fell into Bugbrooke Marina last August.

Alan Bailey, from Huntingdon, had moored his boat at Bugbrooke Marina on 10th August, took his dog for a walk but fell into the water, Alan Tilbury reveals.

Unconscious

Coroner Anne Pember told that he was pulled from the water, but by then he was unconscious, so taken to Northampton General Hospital.

However he died in intensive care the following day.
