Boat thief named

THE  man suspected of breaking into boats on the Wey, and stealing  contents has been named by  Surrey Police.

He is Kedach Mustapha, who is 'wanted in connection with break-ins at moored vessels along the Wey'.

The latest break-in was at Papercourt Lock in Ripley last week, and is a long line of burglaries from boats on Wey including moored boats at  Triggs Lock in Sutton Green and Pyrford near Woking.

Boaters have been advised to make their boats as secure as possible.
