THE COSGROVE CANAL FESTIVAL will be held over the weekend of the 18th and 19th of July.

Throughout the whole festival weekend there will be many historic and trade boats, craft and games stalls, plenty of entertainment and refreshments, and so much more, we are informed.

Full of fun

The event is full of fun for the whole family and is set primarily alongside the picturesque towpath between the lock at Cosgrove and the recently refurbished Iron Trunk Aqueduct.

The Craft Fair is held in the nearby Cosgrove Village Hall, only a short walk from the canal.

The Cosgrove Canal Festival & Craft Fair is run each year by Buckingham Canal Society to raise money for the restoration of the Buckingham Canal between Cosgrove and Buckingham.

Members will be on hand to spread the word about our work. With people able to discover plans for the canal and which sections work is taking place on.
