A NARROWBOAT HAS BEEN TIPPED OVER as a possible vandal attack.
This happening on Sunday night, Janet Friend reports.
Canal & River Trust believe it is vandals that were responsible for opening the paddles on the lock below that caused the boat to tip over.
Closed to navigation
This was on the Stourbridge Canal and caused the flight from Lock 4 to Lock 16 to be closed to navigation.
It is told that that the pound cannot be refilled until the boat is removed.
Possibly as the filling of the pound would swamp the boat with water.
