THE LOCO LIFT BRIDGE on the Huddersfield Broad Canal is back in operation.
It being closed to navigation, Keith Gudgin reports.
The lift bridge was not able to function as a key had snapped in its lock

Key removed
They managed to get the remains of the key removed and the lift bridge then able to function again. And the navigation reopened.
The bridge is situated between the Huddersfield Broad Canal and Narrow Canal.
