THERE HAVE BEEN TWO more navigation closures.
The Leeds & Liverpool Canal is closed from locks 58 to 64, Keith Gudgin reports.
This is owing to a snapped gate collar, on the towpath side head gate of Lock 61, with engineers attending.

King's Sutton Lock No 31 is closed owing to an underwater obstruction that has caused the bottom gate to foul.
We are told hat a team is working hard to clear the obstruction as soon as possible.
