Grantham Canal Society Spring Fair

THE GRANTHAM Canal Society is looking forward to welcoming people to our Woolsthorpe Depot.

As on Sunday 6th April, it will be holding holding its annual Spring Craft Fair.

Sunny disposition

Telling that they have their fingers crossed that the weather gods are feeling in a sunny disposition on this particular day!

So that you can take a saunter around the stalls, enjoy a cuppa and delicious slice of homemade cake or even grab a tasty burger from the BBQ.

The society's trip boat The Three Shires will be running 30 minutes cruises during the day on a turn up and ride basis, and is recommended  and are very popular, so get your ticket as soon as you arrive.

Why not bring your dog, asks the society, and enjoy a stroll along the towpath—maybe even spot a kingfisher? Soak up the quiet and reconnect with nature. You will find that the miles slip past effortlessly.

For drinkers

For the drinkers, The Duck Pub is right next door so after your walk you could enjoy a well-deserved drink.
