TO CELEBRATE River Canal Rescue’s 25th anniversary, managing director, Stephanie Horton, is giving away prizes throughout the year.

To kick things off, in March, narrowboatworld supporters can win a silver membership worth £235 or a maintenance course place (worth £300 plus) that will be given away in March, June, September and December.

What you get

The breakdown assistance and recovery package includes: seven call-outs in a year, recovery to your nearest marina or safe mooring, home start cover at your home marina, crew relay (transport of you and your crew to home marina or location of your choice) and replacement parts.

The winner will be notified within 14 days of the close of entries. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Entry is free and open to residents of the UK aged over 18. Only one entry permitted per person, there is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.

Correct answers will go into a virtual draw and one winner will be chosen at random. It is one prize per competition, so in March the offer is one silver membership or a place on a maintenance course. The same will then be offered at the beginning of June, September and December.
