LINSLADE Canal Festival returns to Tiddenfoot Waterside Park on Saturday, 27th July 2024!

This one-day event at Leighton Buzzard on the Grand Union Canal it is told is all about celebrating canal life, conservation, the countryside and the charm of traditional rural crafts.

Step into a world of craftsmanship with traditional craft demonstrators showcasing skills from stick makers and skep builders to wood carvers, there’s something for everyone. Local charities passionate about the natural environment will be there to share knowledge and inspire.

There will be working, trade and pleasure boats joining the festivities. Trade boats offer a chance to obtain handmade treasures and canal-themed memorabilia.

There is to be a line-up of music and workshops and entertainment throughout the day. For younger visitors, a traditional  funfair awaits.

Inside the craft tent crafters will be creating their artifacts. And there is food and drink galore. Entry to the festival is free.
