Victor returns

OUR Victor, seemingly aroused from his Bermuda stupor by the happening back home, particularly the increasing number of outlandish claims, has deemed to let us have his views.

However he still prefers the warm weather of Bermuda to our continuing winter, but being somewhat put out by the claims, not only of British Waterways, but the Waterways Trust and even the Inland Waterways Association, has decided his comment is warranted.
