And again 'damage' is blamed for the stoppage at Lock 3W, this time to a paddle and a severe leak through the gates that is affecting safe operation.
This time we are told a team and engineers have been informed and are on their way.
This means that Lock 1W to Lock 4W are padlocked to prevent navigation.
