Though the lock bridge is still not repaired, passage is being allowed for the shorter boats by prearranged passages.
'Method of repair'
Passages have to be booked as staff need to be in attendance, while they 'continue to establish a method of repair'.
These passages are being offered to those affected by this closure, and all passages must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of the required passage date. Call North West Customer Support team on 0303 040 4040.
