THE silly stoppage notices are still alive and well!

The latest is one from Canal & River Trust telling of the closure of the towpath on the Regents Canal, Roger Fox reports.

Telling yesterday of a towpath diversion between Gloucester Avenue and Camden Road.

The area between Bridge 16, Fitzroy Bridge and Bridge 27, Camden Road North Bridge with the diversion on Sunday 12th March 2023 06:00.

But today, Thursday, after being told of the error of a month, it has been altered to Sunday 12th February...
