THE Paddington Arm approach into central London has seen many changes in the last 30 years, writes Roger Fox.

What happens to the wharf?

This has now been sold and soon there will be another pretty anonymous 12 storey residential block on the site. What will happen to the wharf where at least one boater has been tied for several years?
