Bins not being emptied

IT WAS only a short while ago that Canal & River Trust boasted of its bin emptying regime, but reality is somewhat different as Brian Jarrett writes:

Yet again bins are not being 'emptied at appropriate intervals' [as stated by CaRT]. These are on the South Stratford below Wilmcote. The bins at Stratford Basin are in a similar state!

Abandoned

There are currently so many things being abandoned by CaRT which  form part of the pleasure of boating, but when oh when will they take notice of comments from experienced boaters?

(We have received complaints from other boaters of overflowing rubbish bins.)
